Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup cashew spread
  • ½ cup ground almonds
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop Lupin Gold protein
  • ⅓ cup agave syrup
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Method

Mash, mix, roll, chill – done!

  1. Mash banana until smooth.
  2. Stir in coconut flour, ground almonds, and Lupin Gold protein.
  3. Add in cinnamon and salt.
  4. Mix in cashew spread and agave syrup.
  5. Roll into balls (any size).
  6. Chill in the fridge until firm.
