Lupin Gold currently ships Australia-wide from our dispatch facility located in Osborne Park, Western Australia. Orders are securely packed and sent using trusted carriers — primarily Australia Post — to ensure safe, trackable delivery.
We aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent.

Order Handling: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
📦 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and location. Free or discounted shipping offers may be promoted from time to time — these will be clearly stated on-site.
📭 Authority to Leave (ATL)
During checkout, you can select whether to grant Authority to Leave your parcel at the delivery address. If ATL is selected, Lupin Gold and the carrier are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery is confirmed.
If no one is available to receive the parcel and ATL is not granted, your order may be redirected to your local post office or depot for collection.

Lupin Gold is not liable for delivery delays outside of our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, lockdowns, etc.), but we’ll always do our best to assist and keep you informed.
📬 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Lupin Gold is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you’ve made an error, contact us as soon as possible at team@lupingold.com.au — if the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update it.
📦 Returns & Lost Packages
Returns due to customer change-of-mind must follow our Returns Policy.
If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us promptly so we can lodge a case with the carrier and find a suitable resolution.
