Been taking this for a bit now and have noticed improvements in my body and my sleep. Adding this to my smoothie is a game charger. Amazing product

I have been using Lupin protein for about 4 weeks. I add it to yogurt and fruit as my first meal prior to a workout. I have tried whey and other proteins, but his is the first time I am actually seeing results without changing my workout schedule.
