How We Refine Our Lupins
Our sun-filled West Australian lupins are shipped (with very low carbon impact) to a world-class lupin manufacturing facility in Germany. Once they arrive, the lupins are primed by removing their outer husk and split into halves (think split peas in your soup).
Now naked and split, the lupins are gently encouraged to separate into their three main components—protein, fibre, and oil.
