Ingredients

80g rolled oats

150ml unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Lupin Gold plant protein isolate

10g chia seeds

30g Biscoff spread

2 Biscoff biscuits (crushed)

Optional: maple syrup or vanilla extract

Method

MIX, CHILL OVERNIGHT, TOP & ENJOY!

  1. Combine rolled oats, Lupin Gold plant protein isolate, chia seeds and Biscoff spread in a jar or bowl.
  2. Pour in almond milk and stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  4. Stir the oats again and top with crushed Biscoff biscuits.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup or extra Biscoff spread, if desired.
  6. Enjoy cold straight from the fridge or gently warmed.
