Instant Milo Weet-Bix Protein Balls

These no-bake Milo Weet-Bix protein balls combine Lupin Gold protein, condensed milk, coconut and Milo for a quick, high-protein snack you can whip up in minutes.

Ingredients

1 cup of Lupin Gold Protein Isolate

Can condensed milk

1/2 cup Milo (or more for sweetness)

1/2 cup coconut

12 Weet-Bix

Method

“Literally the Fastest snack to make”

  1. Crush Weet-Bix to a fine powder using a Thermomix on speed 8 for 10 seconds
  2. Combine condensed milk, Milo, coconut and Lupin Gold protein either by hand or in a Thermomix (10 seconds on speed 4)
  3. Mix the crushed Weet-Bix into the wet mixture until well combined
  4. Roll mixture into balls of desired size
  5. Coat each ball in extra coconut, sprinkles or Milo
