Dee's Overnight Oats

Start your day right with these high-protein Overnight Oats made with Lupin Gold Protein. A simple, no-cook recipe packed with fibre, antioxidants, and 39g of complete plant protein — perfect for busy mornings or post-workout recovery.

Ingredients

80g oats

150ml low-fat milk

1 scoop Lupin Gold protein powder

5g chia seeds

5g pumpkin seeds

50g strawberries and blueberries

Optional: Choc chips

~28g protein per serve with Lupin Gold

Method

  1. Add oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds to a jar or bowl.
  2. Pour in the low-fat milk and stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Add strawberries and blueberries on top (and choc chips if you fancy).
  4. Adjust consistency by adding a little more milk if you prefer a creamier texture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  6. In the morning, stir again and enjoy cold or warmed slightly in the microwave.
