Ingredients

1/2 Cup Rolled oats (West Australian oats)

35g Lupin Gold Protein Isolate

1/2 Cup Oat milk

1/2 Cup Dairy milk (full cream)

1/3 Cup Frozen blueberries

~28g protein per serve with Lupin Gold

Method

  1. Warm the rolled oats on their own in a dry saucepan for a moment before adding anything else.
  2. Dry mix the lupin protein isolate through the warm oats so it disperses evenly and does not clump.
  3. Pour in the oat milk, roughly one to one, eyeing it off rather than measuring.
  4. Add a little dairy milk on top of the oat milk for a better consistency.
  5. Simmer for about 5 minutes on a steady heat, not too low, stirring now and then, until it is creamy.
  6. Stir the frozen blueberries straight through while the porridge is still creamy, and let them defrost in the pan.
  7. Spoon into a bowl and serve warm.
