    Finally, a dairy free protein powder that doesn't give me reflux or bloating. It has definitely helped muscle mass and recovery but the improvement sort of crept up on me, like a ninja! Nothing to see until there was, as in more power and endurance at the time and less recovery downtime afterwards. I like paying for just WA lupin protein and nothing else too. It takes the flavour of whatever you add it it like tofu does. By itself it's bland (a good thing).
