The Retro Pump Contrast Tee is 310 GSM washed grey cotton with contrast overlock stitching, cut as a cropped box fit: shorter in the length and wider in the body than a regular tee. That boxy, heavyweight shape is the pump cover look, and it works off the gym floor too.

What is a cropped box fit?

A tee cut shorter in the length and wider in the body than a standard tee. It sits square on the shoulders instead of tapering in, so check the box fit size chart above rather than assuming your usual size.

What size should I get?

Harvie is 6'2 and wears XL in this tee. It is unisex and runs slightly larger than standard women's sizing, so measure a tee you like against the chart.

What does GSM mean on a t-shirt?

Grams per square metre: the weight of the fabric. A higher number means a thicker, heavier cotton that holds its shape. Our black pump tees are 200 GSM and the contrast tees are 310 GSM heavyweight.

    Finally, a dairy free protein powder that doesn't give me reflux or bloating. It has definitely helped muscle mass and recovery but the improvement sort of crept up on me, like a ninja! Nothing to see until there was, as in more power and endurance at the time and less recovery downtime afterwards. I like paying for just WA lupin protein and nothing else too. It takes the flavour of whatever you add it it like tofu does. By itself it's bland (a good thing).
