Dee's Berry Blast Protein Smoothie (43g Protein)

A thick, creamy high-protein berry smoothie loaded with oats, chia and 40g of plant protein. Perfect as a quick breakfast or post-workout shake.

Ingredients

50 g rolled oats

80 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

40 g Lupin Gold protein powder (2 scoops)

10 g chia seeds

300 ml water or milk

~28g protein per serve with Lupin Gold

Method

  1. Add oats to your blender base.
  2. Pour in berries on top of the oats.
  3. Add chia seeds and your liquid of choice.
  4. Scoop in protein (40 g Lupin Gold).
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve cold and enjoy immediately.
