Dee's Protein Brownie (5-Minute Microwave Brownie)

A rich, fudgy high-protein brownie made in under five minutes. This microwave brownie is quick, satisfying, and perfect for an easy macro-friendly snack.

Ingredients

60 ml egg whites

2 tbsp jaggery powder

2 tbsp milk

2 tbsp plain flour

1 tbsp cacao or chocolate powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

30 g Lupin Gold protein powder

Optional: 1 tbsp Biscoff spread (for topping)

~28g protein per serve with Lupin Gold

Method

Add egg whites to a mixing bowl and whisk until slightly frothy.
Add jaggery powder and milk and mix until smooth.
Add flour, cacao powder, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add Lupin Gold protein powder and mix until a thick, even batter forms.
Transfer the batter into a microwave-safe container, if it's not in one already.
Microwave for 2–3 minutes, checking at the 2-minute mark.
Spread a thin layer of Biscoff on top while warm. Let cool slightly, then enjoy.
