Spiced Banana Matcha Protein Smoothie

A creamy high-protein smoothie made with Lupin Gold plant protein, frozen banana, full cream milk, matcha, and warming spices. Simple, quick, and ridiculously good.

Ingredients

1 scoop (30g) Lupin Gold Protein Isolate

1 frozen banana

1 cup (250ml) full cream milk

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp matcha powder

Pinch of ground cloves (or clove powder)

Ice (as needed)

~28g protein per serve with Lupin Gold

Method

  1. Add full cream milk to the blender first (this helps it blend smooth).
  2. Add 1 scoop Lupin Gold protein, frozen banana, matcha, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of cloves.
  3. Add ice (start small — you can always add more).
  4. Blend for 30–45 seconds until thick, smooth, and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust texture: add a splash more milk if you want it thinner, add more ice if you want it thicker.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
