Ingredients: 150g frozen pineapple; 1 banana (about 120g); A big handful of baby spinach (30g); 200g 0% Greek yoghurt; 40g Lupin Gold Protein Isolate (2 scoops); 250ml unsweetened almond milk

Frozen pineapple, banana, baby spinach and Greek yoghurt blended with almond milk and two scoops of Lupin Gold protein isolate. About 60 g of protein, and the pineapple hides the spinach.

Method

Tip the frozen pineapple into the blender cup.
Add the banana, broken into chunks, and the baby spinach.
Spoon in the Greek yoghurt.
Add the Lupin Gold Protein Isolate.
Pour in the almond milk.
Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and bright green.
Pour into a glass and serve.
