Ingredients

Toasted granola or muesli

1 heaped tablespoon Lupin Gold Protein Isolate

Oat milk (dairy milk works just as well), enough to cover

Natural yoghurt, to finish

Fresh strawberries, to serve (optional)

~28g protein per serve with Lupin Gold

Method

  1. Add your granola to the bowl. Ben prefers a toasted muesli because it keeps the crunch.
  2. Spoon in one heaped tablespoon of Lupin Gold Protein Isolate.
  3. Break the powder through the dry muesli first, so the protein is mixed all the way through before any liquid goes in.
  4. Pour over the oat milk. Dairy milk works just as well.
  5. Give it a stir. Lupin protein carries a little natural oil, so it needs a moment to break in.
  6. Leave it to soak while you make a cup of tea, so the granola takes on moisture and the protein is fully through.
  7. Finish with a little yoghurt and enjoy.
Pro tip

“Stir, soak & enjoy!”
